Company Leases Nearly 30,000-Square-Feet of Space in Milford
The company will occupy the entire building, a realtor announced.
MILFORD, CT — RoadWerx, a full-service independent marketing, and promotions agency, has signed a long-term lease for an additional 29,000 SF of space on Research Drive in Milford, CT, announced Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction.
With headquarters at 60 Research Drive, Roadwerx offers a comprehensive suite of strategic planning and management, imaginative design, custom fabrication, and production services.
“It is great to help a business grow and remain in Connecticut,” states Angel. “Roadwerx will now occupy the entire building at 60 Research Drive plus additional space across the street.”
