Congrats! Debra Fellenbaum is Milford's Employee of the Month

CONGRATULATIONS to DEBRA FELLENBAUM Deputy Registrar of Voters for being selected as Employee of the Month for September 2014.

As the recipient of the award for the Mayor’s Employee of the Month Program, please join us in extending a warm congratulations to Debra in receiving this recognition. After a review of all of the nominations the Selection Committee unanimously selected her as the winner for bringing a high level of enthusiasm to her position as Deputy Registrar, which is evidenced by her pleasant demeanor, positive attitude and work ethic, as well as outstanding customer service. Debra began her career with the City of Milford as a checker in 1995 and then was appointed Deputy Registrar in October 2011. As Deputy Registrar, Debra has excellent attention to detail prompted her to introduce systems and checklists that ensure that election preparations and elections run efficiently. She proficiently manages the involved process of recruiting, training and assigning poll workers.

Debra’s capable demeanor contributes to the cohesive working atmosphere of the Registrar’s Office and is a true asset to the community of Milford. The Mayor is most pleased to bestow this honor to Debra for her hard work, dedication and continued service to the City of Milford.
