Milford Mayor Benjamin G. Blake and his wife, Sandy, welcomed their third child, Tucker Joseph Blake, into the world last night at 8 p.m.. A baby boy was born, 9 pounds, 2 ounces, confirmed friend and Democratic Town Chairman Richard Smith.
