Counseling Group Purchases Milford Property
Coastal Connecticut Counseling purchased a commercial building in Milford. The practice is based in Southport.
MILFORD, CT — A group therapy practice based in Southport purchased a property on Wellington Road recently.
Coastal Connecticut Counseling LLC. plans to renovate the 10,252-square-foot building at 58 Wellington Road and turn it into a counseling facility. The building is located near exit 55 on Route 15.
Carl Russell of Pearce Real Estate represented the seller in the deal.
