Ejected Man Repeatedly Tried To Enter Restaurant: Milford Police

The man repeatedly entered the bar after being ejected from the restaurant for being involved in a fight several hours earlier, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Mystic man was arrested this week after police said he repeatedly tried to enter Stonebridge Restaurant despite being ejected for being involved in a fight last month, according to police.

Officers working the downtown Milford Center patrol on June 4 into June 5 responded to Stonebridge, 50 Daniel St., on the report of an ongoing trespassing incident, according to police.

Stonebridge employees told police that Josiah Shumaker, 24, had been ejected from the restaurant for being involved in a fight. Employees said Shumaker repeatedly entered the bar over the next few hours and was ejected again, according to police.
