Elizabeth Marie Viola Barker, 89, passed away on July 2, 2025.
Betty was a devout Roman Catholic and a genuine Angel on Earth.
Elizabeth Marie Viola Barker, 11 Oct 1935 – 02 Jul 2025, 89 years old, died peacefully in the JC ER at 6:38 AM.
The most wonderful and caring Mother, born in New Haven, CT, died in Johnson City, TN. Daughter of Nicholas and Mildred Viola of Orange, CT. She is survived by her sons Billy and George. Also survived by sisters Dorothy Mae, Jeannie Barbara, and brother Ronald S. Viola, of Milford, CT, and she was the widow of George W. Barker. Betty enjoyed being a homemaker, bridge parties, sewing, socializing, community activities, was a devout Roman Catholic, and a genuine Angel on Earth, always giving and caring for others, very family oriented.
She will be interred between her parents at St. Mary Cemetery in Milford, CT in a private service.
