MILFORD, CT - Mother Nature is often cruel, but she's not cruel at least in this case.

On Wednesday night, the Woodmont Borough Clerk emailed residents an urgent message saying that snow removal would be conducted Thursday and Friday in an effort to make the streets more passable for residents, the Connecticut Post reports.

Woodmont is located in the far eastern section of Milford. The message to residents even stated exactly which streets the snow removal would take place on, and that they needed to move their vehicles, the Post reports.

Of course it was an error as there is no snow in Milford's forecast Thursday as it will be 68 degrees, and hopefully no snow until next winter.

Woodmont officials joked about the error and the email was intended to inform residents about upcoming street paving projects.
