Foran and Milford Pride: Joseph Zanghi Selected in MLB Draft

In the excellent news category, Joseph A. Foran High School graduate Joseph Zanghi has been drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in Wednesday’s major league baseball draft.

Zanghi was selected in the 24th round and is listed as a right handed pitcher, according to the Milford Mirror. He was selected No. 715 overall.

#HSLive in New Jersey says Zhangi pitched most recently for Cumberland College in New Jersey and he also saw time as a catcher. Zhangi transferred from Southern New Hampshire University to Cumberland College.
