Foran To Play For Baseball Championship Saturday
The team began the season with just one win and eleven losses, but that is all a distant memory now.
MILFORD, CT — The Joseph A. Foran High School baseball team continues its remarkable run and will now play for its first championship Saturday night, the Milford Mirror reports.
Foran defeated Watertown High School 10-5 Wednesday and will play North Haven Saturday night at Middletown's Palmer Field. The game begins at 7 p.m. It's a miracle season for Foran, which began with a 1-11 record.
