Former M&M Farms Site Up For Sale Again In Milford

The site was purchased in 2015 by New York Mart, but plans fell through following a Health Department denial last summer.

MILFORD, CT — The former M&M Farms property in Milford has been listed for sale. The 804 Boston Post Road (Route 1) property is listed for $5.3 million by East Coast Realtors.

The building includes 30,000 square feet of retail space, according to a listing from LoopNet.

The site has been in limbo for years since it was purchased by iFresh in 2015, who operated NYM Milford LLC, and planned to open an Asian market at the site.

Previous plans for the site were submitted by New York Mart but were rejected by the Health Department this past summer.

The department found 27 areas of the plans were incomplete.

Construction was stopped in June after the Milford Health Department said the company needed to submit plans.
