Former Tilted Kilt Milford Employee Accused of Stealing $2,000 From the Business
Police said the man made unauthorized transactions while employed at the business.
Milford police say Daniel Marcucio, 30, of Woodcrest Road in Seymour, is accused of conducting several unauthorized business transactions while he worked at the Tilted Kilt in Milford totalling $2,012.
Police said on September 11, they received a complaint regarding an employee theft that occurred at the 290 Old Gate Lane restaurant.
Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Marcucio, who is accused of conducting several unauthorized business transactions from June-September 2014.

He was charged with third-degree larceny and was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court in Milford.
