Fourth Suspect in Brutal Milford Home Invasion Captured
Police had been searching for Joseph Fox, 26, of Milford ever since the October 26 home invasion.

Milford police have arrested the fourth and final suspect in a brutal home invasion that occurred on October 26 at 26 Kenmore Lane where one male victim suffered serious injuries while a female victim was also assaulted, police said Wednesday.
Milford police said Wednesday that Joseph Fox, 26, of Pearson Avenue, has been taken into custody. He is charged with home invasion, first-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and conspiracy for the above charges. Fox was held on $300,000 bond.
Three of the four other suspects had already been apprehended.

On October 26 police responded to a home invasion complaint at 26 Kenmore Lane.
Investigation revealed that a male and female victim were inside the residence when several males acquainted with them entered the home and assaulted the two victims, police said.

The male victim suffered several fractured bones and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries, police said. The female victim was assaulted and strangled but did not require medical attention. During the investigation, police identified four suspects and obtained warrants for their arrests regarding their involvement in this incident.
On October 31, 2014 police arrested two of the four suspects who were identified as Michael Fox, 21, of 40 Pearson Avenue, and Zachary Labbe, 23, of 79 Salem Walk.
On November 5, 2014 police arrested a third suspect in the investigation, Thomas Hart, 23, of 26 Kenmore Lane. Hart is accused of conspiracy to commit home invasion, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree strangulation, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, and conspiracy to Interfere with an emergency call.
