Free Baseball! Milford Takes on Stamford

This Friday night at 7 p.m., everyone is invited to come watch a free baseball game at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport as the Milford Athletics take on the Stamford Mets. Both teams are from the MSBL (Men’s Senior Baseball League http://www.ctnationalmsbl.com). The Milford A’s are a group of local baseball players, including Milford players, that are now in first place in the MSBL with a 10-4 record.

Harbor Yard will open it’s doors for this game and all attendees will enter for free and will also be able to bring in their own food and drinks. The team will also allow any children the opportunity to run the bases before the game. The stadium will not have the concession stands open, but the restrooms will be available.

These two teams will also be featured in Cooperstown! The Milford Athletics will take on the Stamford Mets once again for a double header at the famous Doubleday field at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY on Friday October 3rd.

Free baseball at Bluefish Stadium at Harbor Yard and everyone is invited, be sure to bring a snack and some drinks. This Friday, 8/1 at 7pm. Park in the right field parking lot and you will enter the field via right field gate... not all gates will be open.
