Obituary: Gabriel Hernandez, 66, of Milford

Gabriel Angel Hernandez, age 66 beloved husband of Barbara (Farinas) Hernandez, entered peaceful rest on January 27, 2025 surrounded by family.
He was born on November 14, 1958 in Bridgeport and was the son of the late Arcadio Hernandez, Sr. and Clotilde (Butler) Hernandez. Gabriel was an inspector for many years at Harvey Hubbell before his recent retirement. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, antique cars, working on cars and spending time with his grand pups Bonnie and Luca.
In addition to his devoted wife Barbara, Gabriel leaves his loving sons, Gabriel Hernandez, II and his fiancé, Megan of Shelton and Alex Hernandez of Stratford. He also leaves his brother, Arcadio Hernandez, Jr. and his sister, Maggie Hernandez both of Puerto Rico, brother-in-law, Lenny Farinas and his wife Melissa of Maine, his sister-in-law, Betty Farinas of Ansonia, and several nieces and nephews as well as his dog Scooter.
Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, March 7th at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Mary Church (Precious Blood Parish), Milford. Interment will be private. THE GREGORY F.
