• Take the family to the Milford Ice Skating Pavilion on Bic Drive.  Open Saturday 11:15am-12:45pm and Sunday 1pm-2:30pm.  $7.00 for adults and kids includes skate rentals.  To check hours call 203.878.6516.

2.     Seaside stories at the

• The CT Coastal Center at Milford Point is always a fun – and educational – place to spend time.  This Saturday at 3:15pm get cozy and listen to an animal story, make a take-home craft and maybe have a visit from a real live animal.  All ages welcome.  $4 adults and $2 kids for Center members; non-members $8 adults and $4 kids.  Seniors pay just $2.

 3.     Check out the in New Haven

• Kids can learn about science, art and more through hands-on exhibits.  Open Saturday from noon til 5pm.  $7.50

4.     Valentine’s

• Kids ages 7-12 make their very own polymer clay Valentine's Day themed beads (including a Lampwork style Heart Focal and additional clay beads) at this fun bead shop in Milford.  Saturday 2pm-3:30 the fee is $20 and no experience is needed!

5.     See Dinosaurs and more at the

• Open Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday noon-5pm, cost is $9 for adults and $5 for kids.  Learn about different cultures, dinosaurs, fossils and more.
