The display case at H. Mangels Confectioner on River Street is stocked with chocolate truffles just in time for Valentine's Day. Whether it is a traditional box of chocolate you seek or something with a little more pizazz, H. Mangels Confectioner will not disappoint.

Manager Gloria Bordonaro whipped up a batch of delectable blackberry chocolate truffles Friday morning, carefully dipping and rolling each chocolate by hand.

The shop features a variety of truffles including blackberry, strawberry, biscotti, and Bailey's Irish Cream, among others. Truffles can be purchased in boxes of four, nine, 16 and 32.
