Henry Frederick Geer passed away on June 15, 2025.

Henry Frederick Geer, 92, of Milford, beloved husband of the late Gloria Geer, passed away on June 15, 2025. Born on May 23, 1933 in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of the late Frederick and Albina Geer.

Henry earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 1964. A dedicated and gifted engineer, he spent 40 years at AVCO/Textron Lycoming in Stratford, where he served as a stress analyst. His work was marked by integrity, precision, and a deep commitment to excellence.

After his retirement, Henry remained active in his community and faith. He was a devoted member of Saint Agnes Church, where he found quiet joy and purpose serving as a money counter. He will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments, but for his warmth, wisdom, and steady presence.

Henry is survived by his children, Paul Geer and Lydia Geer. Along with his wife, Gloria, Henry was predeceased by his brother, Paul Geer.
