Here's Where Milford May Allow You To Smoke Pot Outdoors

MILFORD, CT — The city is looking at allowing the public use of marijuana at these two outdoor locations: 1. a sidewalk area between Barnes & Noble and Walmart and 2. 130 Boston Post Road, according to the New Haven Register.

130 Boston Post Road is the property that had been considered for a new Milford police station, but those plans collapsed a few years ago.

According to state law, municipalities must designate an area that allows people to smoke pot legally outdoors. No final decision has been made.
