“Our Commercial pros sold three separate parcels of land on Shelland Road, Milford for the investment firm and then used the proceeds to purchase the Boston Road property, thus saving the investment company a substantial amount in federal taxes. It is a prime example of putting years of experience to work, listening to the needs of our clients and doing the best for them. Carl and Frosty did a great job with the complicated deal, and we applaud their hard work,” she said in a statement.
