Here is how Milford Republicans and Democrats voted in the Tuesday's primary.
MILFORD, CT — Donald Trump-endorsed U.S. Senate candidate Leora Levy bested moderate Themis Klarides in a somewhat unexpected Republican primary result. Levy will face incumbent Sen. Richard Blumenthal in November.
Milford Republicans bucked the statewide trend in that race with a slightly stronger support for Klarides.
Republican primary
Statewide turnout for the Republican primary was about 20 percent, according to the Secretary of the State. About 17 percent of eligible Milford Republicans cast a ballot.

- Themis Klarides: 675 votes, 48.04%
- Leora R. Levy: 616 votes, 43.84%
- Peter Lumaj: 114 votes, 8.11%
Secretary of the State
- Dominic Rapini:835 votes, 62.78%
- Terrie E. Wood: 495 votes, 37.22%
Democratic primary
Turnout statewide for the Democratic primary was 14.4 percent, according to the Secretary of the State. Milford's turnout was about 12 percent.

- Maritza Bond: 298 votes, 22.68%

- Erick Russell: 790 votes, 60.54%
