The chamber's scholarship program, renowned for its commitment to education, is now even more robust. The enhancements include:

• Increased Financial Support: The Milford Chamber Trust has increased the scholarship amounts to provide even greater financial assistance to deserving students. Scholarships now range from $1,500 to $5,000 to help students pursue their higher education dreams.
• Expanded Eligibility: The eligibility criteria for the scholarships have been broadened to encompass a wider array of students.
• New Scholarship Categories: In line with the chamber's diverse membership and community, additional scholarship categories have been introduced to cater to a broader range of academic interests and career paths. These categories encompass various fields, including healthcare, arts, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and more.

About the Milford Chamber Trust

The Milford Chamber Trust is a charitable arm of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to fostering educational and professional development within the community. The Trust is primarily funded through its annual golf tournament, sponsored by Robert Crabtree and his team at Colonial Toyota.

In addition to its support of local high school seniors, the Trust, through the Network of Executive Women, also sponsors the annual Harriet Haggerty Memorial Scholarship, awarded annually to help support the educational goals of women in business who need financial help and whose circumstances caused them to take a break in the pursuit of their education.

Through its scholarship program and various initiatives, the Trust plays a vital role in advancing the aspirations of local students and promoting the region's growth and prosperity.
