Obituary: John J. White, age 62, of Milford

John J. White, age 88, beloved husband of 67 years to Linda E. (Perrott) White of Milford, entered peaceful rest on September 4, 2025.

John was born on June 16, 1937 in Bronx, New York and was the son of the late Edward and Grace (Boese) White. He spent his career working in the meat department at Grand Central, A & P and Shop Rite until his retirement.

In addition to his devoted wife, he leaves his brother George White of St. Petersburg, FL. His loving children, Douglas White, Tina Petrucci (Michael), and Todd White all of Milford CT, as well as James Thomas (Kathy) of PA. He also leaves his grandchildren, Joseph and Todd Petrucci, Jennifer Bevilacqua Giegengack and Jeffery Bevilacqua, Makenna White and Shayne White along

with four great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his daughter, Doreen Bevilacqua and his brothers and sisters.

Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted with the DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD.
