
Leela Ann Wojczak, beloved wife of the late Anthony Joseph Wojczak, passed away on July 23, 2024 while surrounded by her loving family at her home in Orange, CT. Born on December 31, 1941 in Derby, Connecticut. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Ann Gondola Bouteiller.
Leela worked as an executive secretary for Sikorsky Aircraft, where she met her beloved husband, Anthony, on her very first day. Their love blossomed quickly, leading to a beautiful life together with their two wonderful children, Anthony and Wendy. Leela was a talented quilter and crafter, and she found joy in baking and cooking. Her home was always beautifully decorated, especially during the holidays, when she loved to host family gatherings.
Leela was a dedicated Eucharistic minister at Christ the Redeemer Church for many years, and in her leisure time, she enjoyed watching the Red Sox and UConn games, the Olympics, and women's gymnastics and figure skating. She was an unwavering supporter of her children throughout the years, never missing an opportunity to cheer them on. Her warmth, creativity, and devotion to her family and community will be deeply missed.
Leela is survived by her two beloved children: Anthony Wojczak and his wife Mary Devine, and Wendy Wojczak. Grandson Pearse Wojczak. Brother-in-law Leo Moran, nephew Thomas Moran, nephew Paul Moran. As well as great nephew Ryan and great niece Bailey. Leela is predeceased by her twin sister and best friend, Sandra Moran, and her brother Alfred Bouteiller.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477 (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Saint Mary Cemetery, 315 Buckingham Avenue Milford, CT 06460.
