Regina Sauer: I was born and raised in Orange, giving me not only an in-depth knowledge of the town but also a genuine appreciation for the surrounding communities. This area has always been home, and I take great pride in helping my clients discover everything that makes it such a wonderful place to live. Regina Sauer: I have been a realtor since 2003

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Regina Sauer: My mom was a realtor back in the 70s and I was always inspired and intrigued by her success.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Regina Sauer: I always tell my clients that finding the right home is a journey to be enjoyed - never rushed or hurried. And that no matter how many hurdles we will need to overcome, in the end it's always worth it.

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Regina Sauer: Knowing I have my client's full trust in my advice and expertise is so satisfying because I know in the end they will find their happy home.
