Man, 20, Charged with DUI in Milford Accident: Police

MILFORD, CT — A 20-year-old West Haven man is accused of driving while under the influence for someone under the age of 21 at the time of a motor vehicle accident in Milford, police said.

On Jan. 18, officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Woodmont Road near Old Gate Lane, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Peter Lynn, 20, of Jones Hill Road in West Haven, who is accused of driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while also less than 21 years of age, police said.

Lynn provided a breath sample, which showed him to have an elevated blood alcohol content, police said. He is charged with DUI for someone under the age of 21 and following too closely.

He was released after posting a $500 bond.
