Man Accused Of Public Indecency In McDonald's Parking Lot: Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Herbert Nieves, 46, of Brooklawn Drive, is accused of "exposing himself to a female victim in the McDonald’s parking lot" at 439 Bridgeport Avenue in July 2021, police said.

On Oct. 5, police took custody of Nieves in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said. Nieves is charged with breach of peace and public indecency. His court date is Nov. 1.
