Man Burglarized Store, Stole Over $9K Worth Of Products, Milford Police Say

A man is facing multiple charges in the case.

MILFORD, CT — A man was charged in connection with the burglary of a store where over $9,000 worth of merchandise was stolen, according to police.

Nicholas Verity, 38, of Derby, was arrested on a warrant Monday.

Police said Verity was involved in the burglary of an AT&T store in which glass was broken and over $9,000 worth of products was taken.

He was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief.

He was released on a promise to appear in court Monday.
