Man Lets Air Out of a Tire in Milford on Purpose: Police

Milford police said when the vehicle's owner confronted the man he took off.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of letting the air out of a tire that doesn't belong to him, Milford police said.

Police said they took custody of Mark Janos, 59, of Maplewood Avenue in Bridgeport, on an arrest warrant.

He is accused of letting the air out of a tire on a vehicle that does not belong to him on June 15, police said.

When confronted by the owner of the vehicle, Janos allegedly refused to stop, police said.

He is charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

He is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on July 27.
