Man Looks Into Milford Resident's Window: Police

Police said the man was told previously not to have any contact with the resident's living in that area.

MILFORD, CT - A Seymour man is accused of looking into the window of a Milford residence after being told not to do that previously, police said. On March 7, police responded to a Jackson Drive house on a trespassing complaint.

Investigation led to the arrest of Daniel Girdzis, 33, of North Street, who is accused of being on the property and looking into a window of the home, police said. He had previously been warned not to go to the home or make contact with the residents in anyway, police said.

Girdzis left the scene and was found driving nearby by police, police said. He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree stalking and first-degree criminal trespass. He was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
