Man Pleasuring Himself Asks for a 'Hand,' Gets Arrested: Cops

MILFORD, CT - A 24-year-old Milford man, spotted masturbating in his vehicle Monday night in Milford, was arrested after police said he asked an eyewitness, "Hey, can you give me a hand with this?"

Dylan DeRosa allegedly was seen in his car near Beach Avenue and Wall Street just before 10 p.m., according to police.

DeRosa left the scene after rolling down his window and asking for a little "help," but was apprehended a short while later after an eyewitness gave police a description of him.

He was charged with Breach of Peace and second-degree Public Indecency. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 1.
