"Milford is known as a Heart Safe community. A Heart Safe community is one that has documented the "Chain of Survival" links to address cardiac emergencies for its citizens. These links include early access to emergency care, early CPR, early defibrillation, and early advanced care. Great job to the citizens that initiated CPR, the MFD crews that responded, and the personnel at our Hospital."
