Man Stole Items Worth Thousands From Target: Milford Police

A man who had a warrant out for his arrest in another state stole merchandise worth thousands of dollars from Target, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A man is facing multiple charges on accusations that he stole merchandise worth thousands of dollars from Target, according to police. The man is also accused of being a fugitive from justice.

Kamonte Wilson, 29, of Naugatuck, was charged with three counts of fourth-degree larceny, three counts of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, and fugitive from justice.

Police took custody of Wilson on Saturday on multiple arrest warrants. He is accused of stealing items from Target at 1191 Boston Post Road with an accomplice on three separate occasions.

The total value of the 2023 thefts were $1,798.96; $1,689.96; and $1,379.97, according to police.

Wilson also had an extraditable felony warrant out of Georgia.

His bond was set at $106,000. He is scheduled to appear in court July 2.
