MILFORD, CT — A man is accused of threatening to "blow up" the Connecticut Post Mall, according to police.

Police were dispatched to the mall at 1201 Boston Post Road on a report of a bomb threat March 21.

A man is accused of telling a female that he "had a bomb and was going to 'blow up' the shopping center," according to a police arrest log.

The man had already been asked to leave and refused.

The 36-year-old Brooklyn man was charged with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespassing.

He was released on a promise to appear in court.
