Man Told Victim He'd 'Put A Bullet In Her Head: Milford Police
The accused was given a $5,000 bond, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of telling a woman in Milford that that he was going to "put a bullet in her head," police said. On Oct. 15, Milford police took custody of Joseph Palmer, 47, of Westfield Avenue in Bridgeport in regards to an active arrest warrant, police said.
Palmer is accused of threatening to harm a female on July 11 by telling her her was going to "put a bullet in her head," police said.
He is charged with second-degree threatening and he was released after posting a $5,000 bond. He is due in court Monday.
