Man Took a Picture Up a Woman's Dress While Working at Babies R' Us in Milford: UPDATE
Milford police say the man is accused of voyeurism.

MILFORD, CT — A man, who was employed at a Milford business, is accused of taking a picture up a woman's dress without her knowledge, police said.
Police said on Oct. 30 officers took custody of Joseph Matthews, 32, of Nichols Terrace in Stratford on a warrant.
He is accused of taking a picture up a woman's dress without her knowledge, using his cell phone while he was working at a Boston Post Road business, police said. NBC Connecticut reportsthat Matthews was working at Babies R' Us in Milford at the time of the incident.

He is charged with voyeurism and released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford, on Nov. 22.
