Medical Business To Open After Milford Commercial Property Sale

A medical business plans to open following a commercial condominium sale in Milford.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford commercial building was sold recently, and the new owner plans to open a medical spa, according to a statement from Colonial Properties, Inc.

The property is at 65 Cherry St., Unit C-2. The 1,890-square-foot commercial condominium sold for $291,500 to Amanda Hershman.

Hershman plans to open Skinday, "a medical spa specializing in elevated injectables, skin resurfacing, and medical-grade skincare treatments."

The spot was previously a dental office, according to LoopNet.

Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, and Nicholas Richetelli, a Realtor, served as the sole brokers.

Colonial Properties, an Orange firm, closed two more commercial deals recently in Seymour and Derby recently, with the three transactions totaling $820,500.
