Milford Alderman Win Smith has been unanimously endorsed by Milford and Orange to run for Judge of Probate for the Milford-Orange Probate Court for the general election on November 2, 2021.

State Representative Kathy Kennedy nominated Smith and Milford's Aldermanic Minority Leader, Tony Giannattasio, seconded the nomination, adding that, “Win Smith is the most qualified person for this position. As a lifelong Milford resident and an attorney that has dedicated his legal practice to Probate Law, Win is the clear choice to be our next Probate Judge."
