Milford Arrest Log, April 15-19, 2026

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
A Texas man was arrested April 15 after police responded to the area of Woodmont Road and Old Gate Lane for a report of a driver asleep at the wheel. He was charged with driving under the influence and is accused of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
A New York woman was arrested April 16 following a domestic violence investigation at a truck stop on Old Gate Lane. She was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree criminal mischief. Police said she is accused of hitting and choking the victim, threatening further harm and breaking the victim’s phone to prevent a call to police. Bond was set at $25,000.

A Milford woman was arrested April 17 after a shoplifting complaint at Target on Boston Post Road. She was charged with sixth-degree larceny and is accused of stealing $437.14 worth of merchandise. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
A New Haven woman was arrested April 18 on three warrants charging one count of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Police said she failed to appear in court on three previous dates. Bond was set at $62,500.

A New Haven woman was arrested April 18 after a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road. She was charged with driving under the influence and making an illegal U-turn. Bond was set at $500.
A Milford man was arrested April 19 after police responded to a complaint on Salem Walk. He was charged with breach of peace and public indecency. Police said he is accused of exposing himself in a manner visible to neighbors. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
A Milford man was arrested April 19 after a shoplifting complaint at Target on Boston Post Road. He was charged with sixth-degree larceny and is accused of stealing $249.93 worth of merchandise. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
