Milford Arrest Log, April 20-26, 2026

Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

A New Haven man was arrested April 20 after a shoplifting complaint at Target on Boston Post Road. He was charged with sixth-degree larceny and is accused of stealing $162.92 worth of merchandise. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

A man was arrested April 20 following a domestic violence investigation. He was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and second-degree criminal mischief. Police said he is accused of causing a disturbance during an argument, damaging a family member’s vehicle and attempting to strike an officer during the arrest. Bond was set at $2,500.

A Waterbury woman was arrested April 21 after a domestic dispute near a bus stop on Boston Post Road. She was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault and is accused of hitting the victim in the face during an argument. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

A West Haven man was arrested April 22 on a warrant charging violation of probation. Police said he turned himself in on the active warrant. Bond was set at $50,000.

A Milford man was arrested April 23 after a motor vehicle crash on Bridgeport Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence and is accused of striking two vehicles while operating under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $500.

A New Haven man was arrested April 24 on a warrant and charged with fifth-degree larceny and violation of probation. Police said he is accused of stealing $839.72 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s and was also wanted on a probation violation. Bond was set at $10,000.

A Stratford man was arrested April 25 after police responded to Kittery Street for a disturbance involving a vehicle alarm. He was charged with breach of peace and is accused of causing a disturbance while inside the vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Stratford man was arrested April 26 after police observed a motor vehicle crash on Factory Lane. He was charged with driving under the influence and evading responsibility and is accused of backing into another vehicle and leaving the scene while under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $500.

A Bronx, N.Y., man was arrested April 26 following a domestic violence investigation. He was charged with violation of a protective order and is accused of being at a residence in violation of a full no-contact order. Bond was set at $2,500.
