Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

A Milford woman was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She is accused of shoplifting merchandise worth $135.95 from the Target at the mall. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Hamden man was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, no insurance, and misuse of plates. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of exit 35 and found the man in possession of heroin. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Milford man was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with breach of peace. Police responded to a call at 437 High St. for a fight, which police said the man started. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

Two Bridgeport women were arrested Feb. 24 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. They are accused of stealing $170.95 worth of merchandise from a store at 1367 Boston Post Road. They were released on a promise to appear in court.

A Milford man was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call. The man is accused of pushing a woman and taking her phone in a domestic violence incident. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Milford woman was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. The woman is accused of stealing checks from a victim and forging them for a total loss of $1,800. Bond was set at $25,000.
