Milford Arrest Log, Jan. 26-29, 2026

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 22 following a domestic violence investigation. Police said officers were dispatched to a local restaurant for a reported motor vehicle incident tied to a domestic dispute. The woman is accused of assaulting the victim and driving recklessly while the victim was inside the vehicle. She was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, and reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $2,500.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 22 on an active warrant. Police said the man is accused of violating a protective order by following the victim and harassing her. He was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment. Bond was set at $25,000.

A Milford man was taken into custody Jan. 23 after police determined he had an active warrant for failure to appear in court. The arrest occurred on Wildwood Avenue. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $52,000.

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 23 after police were called to Boston Post Road for an unwanted person complaint. Police said the woman refused to leave mall property after previously being warned by security. She was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $500.

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 23 following a reported domestic violence incident. Police said the woman threw items during a verbal argument. She was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500.

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 24 after police responded to a vehicle crash on Wheelers Farms Road. Police said the vehicle struck a utility pole and the driver was operating under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 24 in connection with a reported larceny at a grocery store on Boston Post Road. Police said the woman is accused of taking a wallet that had been accidentally dropped by another customer. She was charged with fifth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 24 following a domestic violence investigation. Police said the man grabbed and pushed the victim during a verbal argument. He was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and released on a promise to appear.

A Milford woman was arrested Jan. 25 after police received a complaint regarding a violation of a protective order. Police said the woman repeatedly contacted the protected party. She was charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,500.

A New Haven woman was arrested Jan. 25 after police responded to a breach of peace complaint on Seaside Avenue. Police said the woman yelled at staff, attempted to strike them and refused to leave the area. She was charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear.

A Bridgeport man was arrested Jan. 25 after a traffic stop on Boston Post Road. Police said the man provided false identification to officers during the stop. He was charged with interfering with an officer and released on a promise to appear.
