Milford Band Member Nick Fradiani Makes it to the Top 24 of American Idol Season 15
Fradiani advances to the live auditions and you, the viewer, can now determine Nick's fate as the competition really gets going.

Guilford native and Milford band member Nick Fradiani continues to fulfill his dreams as he has now reached the top 24 of American Idol Season 15.
The judges selected Fradiani on Thursday to advance to the live auditions portion of the popular reality television singing competition.
Each episode attracts more than 10 million viewers.

“I can finally say that I am officially in the Top 24 on this season of American Idol. I am at a loss for words when trying to express how thankful I am to you all for the continued support. I will need you guys now more than ever. Stay posted for next weeks show and voting rules! Love you all. #americanidol #idol #Top24 #teamfradiani,” Nick wrote on Facebook Thursday night.
In an hour 2,000 people liked his post and 350 people left comments of support for their new favorite singer.

Last week Nick received lavish praise for his performance of David Gray’s “Babylon” from celebrity judges Harry Connick Jr. and Jennifer Lopez.
“It’s clear how experienced you are, especially in comparison to some of the young ones,” Connick said according to Fox CT
.Jennifer Lopez added, “I just like you.”
This isn’t Fradiani’s first time at the reality TV rodeo. He auditioned forAmerica’s Got Talent last year with his Milford band, Beach Avenue, bandmates, performing original songs.
His band was eliminated at the beginning of the competition but that didn’t dampen Fradiani’s spirits — he’s back in the reality TV game again, this time going solo on American Idol.
