The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

We need checks and balances in government period. There is currently a 10-0 majority on the planing and zoning commission in Milford. They have been approving projects that are less than an acre with multiple units. Do you think the neighbors of these projects are happy with this?

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

We need to approve the right projects for Milford. We need to take into account the neighbors of these projects and listen to their concerns thoughtfully. And make sure we are doing what is right for them and Milford.

Accomplishments:

I graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies in Business in 2007. Growing up, I spent many days with my Dad on his real estate projects. It was on the job training, from getting P&Z approvals, to working with contractors, and to getting the CO. I understand the process.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I'd like to help keep Milford the "Small City with a Big Heart."
