MILFORD, CT — Health inspectors cited 12 food service establishments with priority item violations in January, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.

Among those cited were fast-food chains, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a pizzeria.

Priority health violations are infractions that must be corrected within 72 hours.
