Milford Hosting Superhero 5K Fun Run and Family Day on Sunday

Transform into your inner Superhero! Join the Milford Prevention Council and The Woodruff Family YMCA’s Superhero 5k Fun Run and Family Day at 631 Orange Avenue in Milford (The Woodruff Family YMCA) on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 10AM-2PM!

This event is family friendly and all ages are welcome to participate in a 5K race and a 1K obstacle course that will challenge all kids, aged 17 and under. There will be food trucks, local businesses, face painting, a DJ, costume parade and contest, real life Superheroes and much more! Come down and show us what it’s like to be super healthy and active!
