Milford K-9 Helps Nab Trumbull Car Burglars: PD
Police from Trumbull, Bridgeport and Milford helped track down the suspects early Friday morning.

TRUMBULL, CT — Two juveniles were arrested after they were caught breaking into a vehicle early Friday morning, police said.
Police got a report that a motor vehicle was being broken into in the area of Machalowski Road around 3:50 a.m. The juveniles fled on foot before police arrived, said Trumbull Deputy Chief Thomas Savarese.
The search was on and police from Bridgeport and a K-9 unit from Milford Police aided in the search. A perimeter was set up and the K-9 located the first suspect in the area of Wedgewood Drive and Lakeside Drive in Bridgeport.

The second suspect was located in the same area a short time later.
The two were charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
