Milford Man Arrested for Allegedly Stalking 18-Year-Old Waitress
The 57-year-old man was served with an arrest warrant on Monday.

A Milford man was arrested on Monday after police say he stalked an 18-year-old waitress at a Shelton restaurant.
Kim Lariccia, 57, was charged with third-degree stalking, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer on May 4.
The arrest comes after a complaint received on March 21 alleging that Lariccia entered a River Road restaurant and obsessively watched an 18-year-old waitress for approximately four hours.

According to police, at one point, Lariccia passed a note to the female asking if she wanted to go for a ride and later followed her on River Road after she completed her shift.
Larricia fled the area after the female, alarmed because Lariccia continued to follow her, called and met her boyfriend at a local parking lot, police said. Lariccia returned to the River Road restaurant the following day and again continually watched the female.

Lariccia finally left the restaurant, police said. The female was able to obtain Lariccia’s license plate and forwarded it to police.
He was released after posting a $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 18.
In the course of their investigation, the Shelton Police Department Detective Division discovered that Lariccia is a youth hockey coach.
