Milford Man Charged After Hitting a Female with an Ice Pack: Police
Milford police say the incident occurred Wednesday evening.
The Milford police blotter includes one arrest on Thursday. Milford police say at 8 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to a Naugatuck Avenue home on a report of a domestic violence incident.
Police say their investigation led to the arrest of Manuel Torrado, 37, of Naugatuck Avenue, who is accused of striking a female at the home with an ice pack.
He’s charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on Thursday.
