Milford Man Charged After Verbally Threatening to Kill Juvenile

Milford police say on Nov. 16 they took custody of Kristopher Roberts, 36, of Orange Avenue, in regards to an active arrest warrant.

Roberts is accused of engaging in an altercation with a juvenile female at an Orange Avenue residence, which allegedly escalated when he told the female he was going to kill her, police said.

He is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

He was released after posting $5,000 bond and is due to appear in Superior Court, Nov. 17.
