Milford Man Charged Twice With Threatening A Relative

He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Milford police say Daniel Dzwonkowski, 22, of Broadway, is accused of being arrested for allegedly threatening a relative, and after being released, he allegedly violated a protective order prohibiting him from entering the relative’s house.

Police said they received a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Broadway residence. Investigation led to the arrest of Dzwonkowski who is accused of threatening to harm a relative.

After his first arrest, police issued conditions of release, prohibiting him from having contact with the victim and entering the residence, police said.

After being released from custody, police received a second complaint, which led to Dzwonkowski’s arrest. He is accused of entering the home in violation of the order issued against him from the previous arrest, police said. He was charged with second-degree threatening, and violation of a protective order.

He was held on $10,000 bond.
